Guys! This week on my weekly vegetable post I'm sharing...... ASPARAGUS! I never knew I could love it so much until I roasted it! You can find that recipe at the end of this post. Asparagus has become one of my favorite veggies out there!
Asparagus is packed with nutrients! It contains Vitamins A, C, K, E and B6. It also has Calcium, Fiber and Protein along with some other wonderful contents! It may make your pee stink, but it's a wonderful veggie especially if your trying to lose weight! Visit here if you want more info!
My Go-To Roasted Asparagus Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Wash your Asparagus, snap off all the ends.
- Place on tray, drizzle with olive oil, pepper, garlic, and thyme.
- Set timer for 15-20 minutes. I like mine crispy and crunchy! ;)
