Weekly Vegetable- Asparagus

Guys! This week on my weekly vegetable post I'm sharing...... ASPARAGUS! I never knew I could love it so much until I roasted it! You can find that recipe at the end of this post. Asparagus has become one of my favorite veggies out there!

Asparagus Benefits:

Asparagus is packed with nutrients! It contains Vitamins A, C, K, E and B6. It also has Calcium, Fiber and Protein along with some other wonderful contents! It may make your pee stink, but it's a wonderful veggie especially if your trying to lose weight! Visit here if you want more info!

My Go-To Roasted Asparagus Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Wash your Asparagus, snap off all the ends.
  • Place on tray, drizzle with olive oil, pepper, garlic, and thyme.
  • Set timer for 15-20 minutes. I like mine crispy and crunchy! ;)
