I shared a couple weeks ago about my creation of the quinoa bowls. I absolutely love them and how easy they are to make!
What you'll need:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Apples (optional)
- Feta Cheese
- Dressing (your choice!)
Cut up all your fruits and veggies. Cook your quinoa according to your package directions. Boil your eggs (I boil them and then turn them down to simmer for about 20 minutes). Once the eggs are done, slice them up. Then combine everything together and add your choice of dressing on top!
Shane likes to have chicken on his, so I buy pre-cooked chicken for him to place on top :). Once in awhile I will make him chicken, but it's more convenient when it's already cooked!
It can't get much simpler than that friends!
